新型密封箱過(guò)渡輥臺(tái)是浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線上錫槽與退火窯之間的過(guò)渡部分，玻璃帶在此處成型并通過(guò)過(guò)渡輥臺(tái)及退火窯輥道拉引送往冷端。我公司所開發(fā)的新型密封箱過(guò)渡輥臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了在線換輥，采用陶瓷輥解決了輥?zhàn)由险车腻a難以清除和鋼輥熱膨脹問(wèn)題。對(duì)提高玻璃質(zhì)量有明顯作用，已獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專利。
New seal box lift-out is transition part between tin bath and annealing lehr on float glass production line where the glass ribbon is formed and is conveyed to cold end by drawing of lift-out roller and annealing lehr rollers.With this new seal box lift-out roller developed by our company, it could realize online roller changing while it is easy to remove the tin stick on the roller and to avoid heat expansion of steel roller by adopting ceramic roller. It has obvious function to improve glass quality and has been got state invention patent.
